Little Chef Club

About This Program

The Little Chef Club is an Xtatic-exclusive after-school program that transforms the kitchen into a classroom for curiosity, culture, and creativity. More than a cooking class, it is a journey through cuisines from around the world while instilling essential life skills—food appreciation, teamwork, and responsibility.

To ensure quality and safety, all ingredients are prepared fresh right before class so students always cook with the best resources. Allergies are taken seriously—our instructors carefully review student needs and make sure no allergens are introduced, guaranteeing a safe and inclusive experience for every child.

Students not only learn how to prepare meals but also how to value food, water, and resources, developing a deeper respect for nutrition and sustainability. With every dish, students explore the fundamentals of cooking in a well-controlled environment—smooth, safe, tasty, and educational!

What Students Will Learn The curriculum introduces children to a wide range of skills that extend far beyond recipes:

Cultural Exploration: Cooking and tasting cuisines from different parts of the world. Food Appreciation: Learning how to eat mindfully, enjoy flavors, and respect food as a resource. Fresh Ingredient Handling: Working with high-quality ingredients prepared right before class. Kitchen Basics: Knife safety, cutting, mixing, measuring, hygiene, and organization. Safety First: Cooking in a controlled environment with close supervision. Allergy Awareness: Ensuring all students are safe and included with allergy-free practices. Teamwork & Communication: Preparing meals collaboratively and sharing responsibilities. Time & Chore Management: Planning, preparing, and cleaning efficiently—skills that translate into daily life. Nutrition & Diet Awareness: Understanding balanced meals and the role of ingredients. Presentation & Creativity: Plating, garnishing, and creative food styling.
