Serving Children Under 13

Xtatic provides educational services to children under the age of 13 only through authorized schools or with explicit parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without proper authorization.

Our platform is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

How Consent is Obtained

School-Based Programs

When Xtatic partners with schools, consent is obtained through official school agreements. Schools act as the authorized representative under FERPA, allowing them to provide student information to educational service providers like Xtatic for legitimate educational purposes.

Parent-Initiated Registration

When parents directly register their child for Xtatic programs, they provide explicit consent by completing the registration process and agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Parents must verify their identity and acknowledge that they are providing consent on behalf of their child.
